Return & Refund Policy

At Luburd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.

Luburd reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

• Items returned without original tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or UPI after receiving the customer's bank details.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, Luburd will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer, depending on the return request.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to this policy.
